Within the framework of the promotion guidelines the financing of investment -, research and development projects which are used for the creation or preservation of workplaces with special consideration of activities in the city centre (special promotion) should be made easier
- for new establishing of industries, commercial establishments, trading businesses, tourism businesses or enterprises of the tertiary sector and the research and development sector,
- for resettlements of such enterprises from the densly populated city, as long as it seems to be necessary or expedient because of the traffic situation or of conservation and
- in cases which are worth a particular consideration with expansion, reorganization and moving of enterprises.
