Promotions after these guidelines are only granted if they are convenient in the interest and in the context of the financial possibilities of Wiener Neustadt. It is necessary to pay attention to the legal regulations, in particular development planning and conservation. Moreover special requirements and conditions may be agreeed if necessary (e.g. traffic reports, assessments of environmental impact, etc.).
Applications are usually to be placed before starting a project. Applicants do not have legal claims on granting of promotions according to these guidelines. In particular cases the local council may grant promotions beyond these guidelines.
On the grant of a promotion according to the above-mentioned guidelines there is no entitlement.
The disbursement of the promotion takes place only after presentation of the documents specified in the decision respectively the agreed conditions according to the available sources.
