Promotion guidelines: Forfeiture of promotions

In the following cases the promotions granted by Wiener Neustadt are forfeitured:

• if the city organs were deceived or informed in correctly
• if the desired aim is not fulfilled despite requests
• if the requested documents, guarantees, and proofs for the appropriate use are not handed in intime.
• if the promotion was used for another use than the appropriate one.

In such cases repayment of already effected promotions becomes due immediately. However, the payment is of stable value according to the consumer price index or the index which takes its place: the one published by the “Österreichisches Statistisches Zentralamt” (=Austrian statistic central office). Deadline for the index is the day of disbursement.
