Applications for the acquisition of promotions in the context of these guidelines are to be placed in writing against the proper department at the municipal authorities of Wiener Neustadt. The applicant is obliged to provide information, documents, guarantees, and proof so fuse under the regulations. The promotion solicitor has to authorize the municipal authorities of Wiener Neustadt to obtain all required data and information which are necessary to deal with his application. There quests brought in are examined by municipal authorities and submitted to the district council or city senate, which is the responsible body in accordance with the regulations of Wiener Neustadt’s municipal laws, for the decision.
If the solicitor owes amounts of taxes of any kind to the municipal authorities, the authorities are entitled to use the assured promotions as repayment of the outstanding taxes.
The municipal authorities of Wiener Neustadt reserve for themselves to scrutinize all data and the appropriate use of the granted promotion. Another possibility is to instruct a third party to examine the data inquestion.
